Fairmont City Council approved a 2-step owner’s representative contract with Tegra for the building of the community center.
Step one of the contract will include working with a design team to develop a budget and concept design for the future community center. This is estimated to be a six to eighteen month process.
When step one is completed, step two will move from a conceptual design to a final design, and begin construction.
